When information about the next Grand Theft Auto game does arrive, hopefully it will be good enough to satisfy the millions of eager fans, as well as NBA All-Stars like Isaiah Thomas. The amount of fake information which eager players were spreading even led to both the voice actors for Grand Theft Auto V's Michael De Santa and Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas' Carl Johnson to speak out against unconfirmed rumors. Many players expected news of Grand Theft Auto 6 to be revealed back in March, but nothing official ever came. Thomas isn't the only person who is awaiting some sort of news about Rockstar's next game, and many fans have been led astray by various Grand Theft Auto 6 rumors and alleged leaks which have surfaced in the recent months. NBA All-Star Isaiah Thomas recently took to Twitter to express his disappointment at Grand Theft Auto 6's long development, and said that it would " Be dope if they dropped GTA6 now." Check out his message below:
The anticipation surrounding Grand Theft Auto 6 has almost reached a fever pitch, and it's even begun to affect professional sports players. Related: GTA 6 Release Year Might Have Been Hidden In Plain Sight In GTA 5
Despite all of these additions, as well as the similar support Rockstar has been giving Red Dead Online, players are ready for more. Despite the lack of any single-player DLC for Grand Theft Auto V, they have continually supported Grand Theft Auto Online with constant updates including things like new weapons, vehicles, quests, and even environments, such as the recent addition of laser weapons and the opening of the Diamond Casino & Resort, which also includes a brand-new Diamond Heist mission players can participate in. It's not as if Rockstar hasn't been doing their best to keep players entertained, however. It's been nearly seven years since the last entry in the Grand Theft Auto franchise, and although players have been able to bide their time with the game's persistent online multiplayer mode Grand Theft Auto Online, as well as with developer Rockstar's other massively detailed title Red Dead Redemption 2, almost everyone is ready to jump in to a brand-new Grand Theft Auto-themed experience. Once you have that just drop them in the “mp3” folder in your main GTA: Vice City directory.Even NBAplayers like Isaiah Thomas are sick of waiting for Grand Theft Auto 6 to be released.
To do this, you’ll need songs to be in an mp3 format.
It’s actually one of the game’s base features (although mods do exist too).īut you may not realize this comes with the game if nobody tells you.
And while setting up your own custom radio station doesn’t require you to download anything other than your favorite songs, I’d say it’s worth mentioning. Mods are all about changing the way the game plays. It’s totally free and it’s a base requirement for most Vice City mods. Luckily I’m here to weed out the good stuff for you.īut before we get down to business, I recommend installing the CLEO library first. But a lot has changed since then, and it seems like now there’s so many mods for Vice City that it’s tough to know where to look! Modding as a whole was still in its infancy back when Vice City came out. It kept the same engine as GTA3, but presented a stylish world of conflicting cultures and criminality in the totally tubular 1980s Miami. Released back in 2001, the sixth game in Rockstar’s famous franchise was a blast. To this day I still thank them for never reading ESRB ratings.
My first contact with the series was when I was still a child and my irresponsible parents got me a copy of GTA: Vice City for PC. The Grand Theft Auto series is one of the most accomplished crime simulators ever created.
